My love for uncovering people's stories got me fired from my first job. As a housekeeper at an assisted living facility in Macon, Georgia, I was supposed to clean. Instead, I chatted with the elderly ladies and listened to their stories. We laughed, we cried, and the dust piled up. Being fired was inevitable.

In grad school for Genetic Counseling, patients' stories captivated me and I wanted to improve their experiences. With a permanent moratorium on grad school, I joined P&G to improve people’s lives with brands. I honed my skills for creating immersive experiences that reveal deep human stories, sparking ideas and strategies for brand growth. My journey took me to Mars and Kellogg before I became a full-time qualitative researcher. Now, I’m doing my best work, living my best career with the founding of Quest24.

I live in the countryside near Ann Arbor, Michigan. When I'm not traveling for Human-Insights, I'm a personal Uber driver for our three sports-loving, nature-exploring, Lego-building boys. My husband and I are always creating new family adventures. Life is full, chaotic, and fantastic!
